Have you ever felt lonely though you have lots of friends surrounding you? Did you ever feel that you need someone to understand you more than your couple understands you?

If you felt that way, you need an intimacy with your couple to share of deep feeling and secrets. It’s useless even though you have a lot of friends but you have never been able to be open to them, then you will still feel lonely. And one thing that I can assure you that the loneliness will cause a depression.

Why sometimes it happens in our life that two of close friends can fall in love with each others? It’s because sometimes they feel lonely and they feel that they can complement each other, when they shared of their burden, they can feel relate and then the feeling gradually is starting to grow and it made them to fall in love to compensate their feelings of loneliness.

So the point is that you can sometimes fall in love often and easily with your close friends not because of you really love them, instead of both of you feeling lonely, but if it’s the reason you fall in love with someone, then the result is not good at the end as it will cause a break up.

If you’re in a relationship, but still you feel lonely then there is an intimacy problem between two of you. You must ask these questions: did you really share everything each other such as your emotions, secrets, etc? or you just keep hiding your feeling? Because if you’re not open toward each other, it will reduce intimacy between two of you and it will surely increase the feeling of loneliness yet you’re in a relationship.

So if you want to stop your loneliness and to deal with it, then you must form intimate relationship with your close friends and be open to them. If you’re in a relationship, then you have to share your deepest emotions and secrets with your partner, share your problems with him or her and please try to avoid sacrificing intimacy just because for acceptance.

Having a long distance relationship is a hard to do. It is a hard commitment to keep your heart still for your beloved and trust him/ her to keep your love. Most of relationships that are done in a long distance are broken up. It is not only because of the couple can’t keep their each heart but also some fights that happen only because the jealousy and distrust.

Such relationship is yes hard to be kept, yet you certainly don’t hope to lose your beloved one and break the relationship. That is why you have to keep it healthy and long lasting till he/ she back close to you. The first requirement in a long distance relationship is communication.

You have to keep a good communication between both of you. You can call him/ her regularly; you can make an agreement to have a special time when both of you are free. There are also kinds of other media to communicate such as internet, sms, letter, postcard, etc.

Never forget special days such as birthday, anniversary day, and many more. You can have live chat to see each other; you can see your beloved one regularly there. Just send some romantic words or something that is loved most by email or physical letter so that you can show that you always remember him/ her. When you a chance to meet; use it maximally and make it memorable; because a deep feeling will grow up your relationship more and more.

You certainly have had a bad memory of your last relationship. Everyone has it and ever felt hurt from a break up. There are some people between us who can’t start a new relationship because of the condition of heart and emotional so it is hard to start a new relationship and loving again someone else.

Everybody needs love and affection. Perhaps, when we still a little child, we never think about that because the love from our parents is more than everything. Of course, it is changing when we have growth to a teenage or even adult; love from someone special is really needed. However there are some of us who often feel no self confidence to get closer to someone and even starting to make a date with him or her.

Actually, self confidence is the first factor that has to be had by you to get someone you like. That is why you have to gain your self confidence by;

1. Understanding what is the factor that makes you lose your self confidence such as a bad past memory, your body that is not propositional, bad job, etc. By finding the factors; you have to understand it so it won’t be a problem for yourself.
2. Finding something special in you such as a good talent in music, good sense of humor, your intelligence, skill to manage something, etc. You can be proud of that so you may get more self confidence.
3. Changing something that becomes your bad lifestyle and bad habit. It may create good feeling, happiness and then get self confidence.

With a better self confidence; you certainly can simply get a date by asking him/ her confidently. Trust yourself that you can and will be confidence in just simple action; asking for a date.

There is a tendency for the people to make a mistake in viewing the relationship between male and female. They always think if the two people with different gender go out together, it means that they are dating. It is not always true. It can be just a friend-relationship.

There is a big difference between friendliness and romance relationship between man and woman. Toward the one that they feel in love with, people tend to act differently and try to become perfect. While, toward their friend, they just become who they are and act as usual. So, if you do not want to make anybody else look at your relationship with your partner wrongly, you must make a clear distinction in your behavior.

Don’t do the thing that you can only do with your love one, like kissing or holding hand, with your male/female friend. This is the best way, and this may help you avoiding the misunderstanding between you and your friend or your lover.

If you feel that the friend that you go with, especially if he/she is not the one that you get attracted to, has a certain feeling to you, don’t be hesitated to make step backward. Online dating has already become more common now. Many people join the online forum to find their partner and start a virtual relationship with them.

This online way is quite effective, but it is not quite safe. Well, it’s hard to find honesty in the online world since there is no punishment for dishonesty here. Moreover, people do not meet directly in physic since they communicate via the webcam and live chat. If you consider in finding your partner through this online world, you must learn to keep your guard on.

You may not become a naïve person here. Even though honesty is your number one principle, but giving all of information about yourself blatantly to your virtual partner is not a wise behaviour. Remember, in this online world anybody can be everybody. People may have more than one ID, and you can get cheated easily.

To keep you safe, take a careful step and don’t become a devoted person, unless you have made sure that he/she worth for it. Keep your mind clear and stay cool since virtual relationship has the possibility to get over sooner than the real relationship.

Whom do you think that need to take the first move in a relationship? Most people will answer, the man. Well, this conservative thought has become a common sense anywhere in the world. But, have you ever thought that a woman may also be allowed making the first move.

Men nowadays seem to like to play hard to get. They do not show what’s on their mind clearly and like to stay mysterious. Rather than giving a direct approach to the woman that they like, they love to wait and play with the signal. They want to see how women react to this signal. They call it push and pull technique. For some women, it seem interesting because they can find out what they men thinking about them in their own way. But for some others, it is boring and too tiring, never ending effort to guess and wait for them to come.

At this point, there is a tendency for a woman to make the first move. It is not a symptom of aggressive behaviour, it’s just because the woman become too tired to wait and play with the signal. Woman is not a patient creature that loves to wait. She wants the man to take the lead and become her guardian. So, if you like a woman, go for her. Play hard to get is not bad, but there is time when you need to take an easy step if you really want to make a relationship with her.

Dating someone will need you to have confidence. It is because you need to have positive thinking to keep your relationship going on. You need to have a good self esteem that you can see the future of your relationship clearly and obviously. With the positive mind, you can put your trust in your partner and enjoy your relationship comfortably with the right pace.

If you lack of confidence in building your relationship, you may end up getting jealous easily and distrust your partner. This will not only lead to an inconvenient relationship, but also to break up. The basic of building a good relationship is believe toward your partner and respect toward each other. When your low self esteem conquers your mind, you will start to see everything negatively and you will never ever able to put a little trust to your partner.

You will suddenly become perfectionist without any reason that makes your partner feel irritated and uncomfortable with you because you keep criticizing her/him. Your low self esteem may also make you become a selfish person that you always demand your partner to be by your side. This restriction will make your partner feel that you have taken all of his/her freedom and this is not what people look for from a relationship.

The need of being close to one another is important but being too demanded in building a relationship will not make your partner feel comfortable enough to keep staying by your side.

Nobody wants to live alone for the rest of their life. No one ever think that they can survive without any other people beside him. Therefore, people start to make a relationship with the other. For some people, this relationship requires commitment to reach the intimacy. While some others think that this just a relationship that will over anytime, thus, no commitment is needed.

For people who are afraid of commitment, they tend to build what is called open relationship. In this kind of relationship, a person doesn’t merely stick with one person, but he/she may have some partners. This type of relationship can last longer than the close relationship because it based on freedom. Since one person does not need to remain forever for the other party, he/she has more freedom to go out with another. And, there is no need for each party to feel guilty with what he/she has done.

Jealousy in this relationship, of course, may occur. But, since this relationship doesn’t force one to keep being attached to one person, with this basis, jealous can be quite unreasonable. Well, open relationship is built to avoid commitment and jealousy may not be a big problem if a couple wants this kind of relationship to keep going on.
